Today marks three years since the state murder of Jina (Mahsa) Amini, a young Kurdish woman whose death at the hands of Iran’s so-called morality police ignited the Women, Life, Freedom uprising. Justice has not been delivered, and Iran’s impunity crisis continues to deepen.
For us, Jina’s name has become a symbol of resistance, not only against four decades of misogynistic clerical rule in Iran but also against the broader patriarchal and centralized systems that silence women, Kurds, and other marginalized communities.

KHRD stands in solidarity with all those who continue the struggle for freedom, dignity, and justice. We reaffirm that the demands of the Women, Life, Freedom revolution remain urgent and alive: to end oppression, dismantle systemic discrimination, and build a future rooted in equality and human rights.
